Pricing for Air-con Cleaning Services
At SifuFix, we offer three levels of aircon cleaning to match your needs and the condition of your unit:
1. General Cleaning
A light maintenance service designed for units that are in regular use. Recommended every 2–3 months, this helps keep your aircon running efficiently and extends its lifespan.
Includes:
- Washing and rinsing of air filters
- Brushing and cleaning of evaporator coils
- Wiping of the front panel and housing
- Clearing drain pan and pipe to prevent leakage
- Checking gas pressure and overall performance
2. Chemical Cleaning
Our most comprehensive cleaning service, recommended for air conditioners that have not been serviced for 6 months or longer, have poor cooling performance, unpleasant odours, water leakage, or excessive dirt buildup.
The indoor unit is completely dismantled and each component is thoroughly cleaned using specialised chemical solutions to remove stubborn dirt, grease, mould, and bacteria, helping restore cooling performance and improve airflow.
Includes everything from General Cleaning, plus:
- Chemical wash of evaporator coils to remove deep-seated dirt and bacteria
- Gas top-up if necessary for optimal cooling
- Complete dismantling of the indoor unit
- Intensive cleaning of individual parts, including fan blower and drainage system
- Full inspection of all components to restore performance close to new
