These terms and conditions apply to users of SifuFix. If you are signing up as a service professional, please refer to our separate terms and conditions for providers.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SifuFix website, including all content, features, and services provided through www.sifufix.com (the “Website”), operated by Oceanmad Consultancy Holding Pte. Ltd. (“SifuFix Home Services”, “SifuFix”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By accessing or using our Website, you (“You” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our brand connects you with independent service providers (“Service Providers”, “Providers”, or “Professionals”) who offer a wide range of home services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Website, submit any service requests, or provide personal information through our site.
1. Platform Purpose
SifuFix is an online platform that connects customers with independent home service providers. We help facilitate bookings and payments, but we do not directly provide, fulfill, or guarantee the services rendered by the providers.
2. User Agreement
When you register with SifuFix and use our services, whether paid or free, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and enter into a legally binding relationship with us.
The data you provide helps us deliver, improve, and develop our services. You still own your content and may request for it to be removed. However, by publishing any content through our Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to use, display, or edit it. For example, this may include using it to promote or operate the Website.
If you choose to share your published content on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube, you will be subject to their terms and privacy settings.
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your permission. If you request a service, we may pass your contact details to a suitable service provider so they can follow up with you. They are only allowed to use your information to handle your specific request and are not permitted to contact you for other purposes unless you give them permission.
In certain cases, we may need to share your information to comply with legal obligations, such as to detect or prevent fraud or address technical issues.
We may monitor activity on our Website to support users and ensure proper use of the services. By using our Website, you consent to this.
SifuFix is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that may arise from services arranged through our Website. We are also not liable for how others may use any content you submit or share.
We may update or make changes to our services, Website, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
By accessing and using this Website, you agree to use it in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not post or share content that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal. This includes political content, sexually explicit material, racially insensitive remarks, gender-based discrimination, or anything that infringes on intellectual property rights such as trademarks or copyrights.
You also agree not to upload or publish material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, contains vulgar language, or could cause harm to any individual. This applies to our team, service providers, and other users of the Website.
You must not misuse the Website in any way. Prohibited actions include:
- Participating in or promoting unlawful activities
- Introducing viruses, malware, or any harmful software
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Website
- Sending unsolicited advertising or spam
- Interfering with the performance or functionality of the Website or any related systems

5. Liability Disclaimer
The information, materials, and content made available on this Website are provided without guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we aim to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information on this site.
We facilitate connections between customers and independent service providers. We do not employ or manage these providers, and we do not supervise their work. As such, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, timing, or legality of any services provided through connections made via our platform.
Your decision to engage with any service provider is made at your own discretion and risk. SifuFix will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disputes that may arise from services rendered. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any claims related to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or data.
To the extent permitted by law, if our liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid directly to SifuFix, if any, for facilitating the specific request in question.
By using our platform, you agree to release and hold harmless SifuFix, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising out of your interactions with service providers or any services they provide.
6. Payment Terms from Customers through SifuFix
Customers are required to make full payment before the Service Providers begin work. After the scope of work and price are agreed upon, SifuFix will send the payment request through the system. Customers may initiate payment using various methods including SifuFix Credits, FPX, credit/debit cards, and GrabPay.
All payments are made directly to SifuFix, which facilitates payment to the Service Provider. Payment information is securely managed by our payment provider.
Please note that payments made are final and non-refundable once processed. The payment will be released to the Service Provider only after the service is completed and approved by the customer.
7. SifuFix Service Guarantee
The SifuFix Service Guarantee is our platform’s protection to ensure that Service Providers fulfill the agreed job scope and maintain acceptable industry standards, as determined by us. The Service Guarantee consists of three key parts:
(a) Satisfaction and Money-Back Guarantee
If Customers are not satisfied with the quality of the service, we will arrange for the same Service Provider to return and rectify the issue up to two additional times. At our discretion, we may assign a different Service Provider to resolve the problem.
Customers who make payments through the SifuFix Credits will enjoy a money-back guarantee for any uncompleted portion of the work, provided the funds have not yet been released to the Service Provider.
(b) Warranty for Work Quality
All services booked through our platform come with a 30-day warranty. This means that if any issues arise within 30 days after the service completion, the Service Provider is responsible for addressing and resolving them.
(c) Insurance Protection Against Unforeseen Incidents
Customers are protected against certain unforeseen incidents during the course of the work, including accidental damage caused by the Service Provider, theft, or public liability incidents. Details about coverage and the claims process will be provided separately to ensure clarity and transparency.
8. Managing Disputes, Insurance Protection, and Additional Warranty
To raise disputes or complaints, Customers can email us at enquiry@sifufix.com or WhatsApp us at +60 19 854 418 with relevant details within 2 working days.
If we do not receive any dispute notification within 2 working days, the balance payment will be released to the Service Provider and the Service Guarantee will become void.
The Service Provider will be given up to two opportunities to rectify the issue. If, after two rectifications, the work still does not meet the agreed scope or industry standards, we may, at our discretion, refund payments that have not yet been released to the Service Provider.
Once Customers release the balance payment, the guarantee becomes void. The Service Guarantee applies only when payment is made through our secure payment system.
(a) Insurance Protection Details
For all jobs covered by the SifuFix Service Guarantee, Customers receive insurance protection which includes:
- Coverage for accidental damage to property directly caused by the Service Provider.
- Protection against theft of valuable items during the service.
- Public liability insurance for accidents occurring on site.
Insurance coverage limits and eligibility are subject to our policies. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of job completion, with supporting documentation and proof.
(b) Additional Warranty by Service Providers
Some Service Providers may offer extended warranties beyond the SifuFix Service Guarantee. The scope and duration of these warranties depend on the service category and should be confirmed before finalising any agreement.
9. Advertising and Profiling
Advertising on our website will not collect your personal information unless you have given your consent. In some cases, your IP address may be shared with advertising services to help show more relevant content.
If you have previously shared personal information with an advertising service (either directly or through another website that works with them), they may be able to link that information to cookies collected from your visit to our site.

10. Content Ownership
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all content submitted by users, references to individuals (including names and images), third-party trademarks, and images of third-party products, services, or locations featured on this Website are not associated, linked, or affiliated with SifuFix. You should not assume any such connection or endorsement exists.
The accuracy and validity of all user-submitted content remain the sole responsibility of the user who provided it, and not SifuFix.
All trademarks or brand names mentioned on this Website belong to their respective owners. Where such names appear, they are used only for identification or descriptive purposes and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with SifuFix.
SifuFix reserves the right (but is not obliged) to remove any images that may infringe third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SifuFix, including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that arise from:
- Your use of this Website,
- Your breach of the Terms of Service, or
- Your actions that cause loss or damage to a Service Professional
SifuFix reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or service professional at its sole discretion.
12. Waiver
If you breach these terms and SifuFix does not take immediate action, this does not mean we waive our rights. We may still enforce our rights and take action in future situations where the terms are breached.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes or claims arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
Terms & Conditions - for Service Professional
1. Introduction
These terms apply to Service Professionals using SifuFix’s platform to list services, provide quotes, accept jobs, or request payments. They supersede any conflicting terms in separate agreements.
2. Appointment
Service Professionals appoint SifuFix as a non-exclusive referral partner for their services.
3. SifuFix’s Responsibilities
Notify Service Professionals of customer requests across all channels (e.g., Book Now, WhatsApp).
4. Service Professional Responsibilities
(a) Customer Engagement
Promptly contact customers upon receiving their information, using discretion regarding frequency and timing.
(b) Quoting
Provide accurate estimates and adhere to them unless changes are agreed upon after a site visit.
(c) Service Delivery
Deliver high-quality services/products in a timely manner.
(d) Billing
Issue accurate and professional invoices based on agreed amounts.
(e) Reviews
Encourage customers to leave reviews on SifuFix’s platform.
(f) Warranty
Offer a 30-day warranty for all completed services.
5. Payment Management via SifuFix
SifuFix charges Service Providers for their services. We accept various payment methods, including SifuFix Credits, FPX, credit/debit cards, and GrabPay. Cash transactions are not accepted. We reserve the right to decline any payment or transaction at our sole discretion.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Depending on your location, payment method, and currency, foreign exchange fees or price differences due to exchange rates may apply. If your payment method expires and you do not update your details or downgrade your account, you authorise us to continue charging that payment method and remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to transact with SifuFix.
(a) Disbursement
Funds will be disbursed to Service Professionals on a monthly basis, with all payments received processed in the next scheduled transfer.
(b) Service Standards
Provide the agreed services at the agreed price, maintain quality standards, and respond to customer inquiries within the same working day.
(c) Dispute
Address customer disputes within 2 working days; if unresolved after two attempts, a full refund is required.
(d) Non-responsiveness
If a customer does not respond within 2 working days after the job is completed, the job will be considered completed and payment will be included in the next scheduled monthly transfer to the Service Professional.
(e) Refunds
Failure to issue refunds may lead to customer claims directly against the Service Professional and potential deductions from the Service Professional’s account by SifuFix.
(f) Protection
SifuFix may request customers to return unused materials or products at its discretion.
(g) Additional Warranty
Clearly state any product/service warranties in quotations and honour them from the date the customer releases the balance payment.
(h) Insurance
SifuFix, in partnership with an insurance company, offers protection for Service Professionals using SifuFix Credits, covering damages, theft, and public liability up to specified limits.
(i) Fees
No marketing or administration fees are charged. Full customer payments are disbursed to Service Professionals in the next scheduled monthly transfer after job completion.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties must keep each other’s confidential information secure and use it solely for performance under this agreement.
7. Privacy
Service Professionals may only use customer details obtained through SifuFix to complete assigned jobs.
8. Indemnity
Service Professionals agree to indemnify SifuFix against any legal liabilities arising from the services they provide.
9. Termination
(a) Immediate Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement immediately for breaches that are not remedied within 30 days, irremediable breaches, false representations, or insolvency.
(b) Notice Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days’ written notice.
(c) Consequences
If termination is due to the Service Professional’s fault, all remaining credits or balances with SifuFix will be forfeited without refund.
10. Miscellaneous
(a) Independent Contractor
SifuFix acts as an independent contractor and is not liable for damages caused by customers.
(b) Compliance
Both parties must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
(c) No Waiver
Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver.
(d) No Conflict of Interest
Each party warrants no conflicting agreements exist.
(e) Data Backup
Service Professionals are responsible for maintaining accurate data and backups; SifuFix’s records prevail in case of discrepancies.
(f) Amendments
SifuFix reserves the right to amend terms in this contract without prior notice.
