SifuFix Home Services, or simply SifuFix, is a trusted platform that connects you with experienced and vetted home service providers in your area. We work only with reputable companies that hire local professionals to deliver services such as air-con cleaning, house cleaning, and home repairs including installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, home inspection, and painting.
We are not a direct service provider but carefully recommend businesses known for quality workmanship and transparent pricing. With SifuFix, you can be confident that the workers who come to your home are skilled locals who understand your community’s needs.
Bookings
2. How do I book a service?
To book a service, simply WhatsApp us to make your booking. Once we receive your request, the SifuFix team will get in touch with you to confirm the appointment details. Please complete the payment before the professional team arrives. We accept various payment methods, including SifuFix Credits, FPX, credit/debit cards, and GrabPay.
3. Can I choose my own service provider?
At the moment, selecting a specific provider is not available. However, you can submit a request form, and we’ll match you with a trusted service provider based on your location and the type of service you need.
4. How soon will I receive confirmation?
For most locations in Kuala Lumpur, bookings are confirmed within the same working day. We will contact you once your booking is confirmed.
5. Can I request the same professional for future sessions?
We strive to assign the same professional for future appointments, but this cannot be guaranteed due to availability, especially for one-time or ad-hoc bookings.
6. Do I need to meet a minimum order value to place a booking?
Yes, each service category has a minimum service charge to cover the cost of on-site visits and ensure efficient scheduling for our service providers. If your requested service is below the minimum charge, our team will advise you on the applicable rate before confirming your booking.

7. How do I make payment?
We accept various payment methods, including SifuFix Credits, credit/debit cards, and GrabPay.
8. Is the price fixed or estimated?
Prices listed are estimated based on the information provided in your booking request. Final charges may vary depending on the actual scope of work and on-site conditions. We will always confirm the final price with you before any work begins.
9. Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. Once you submit your request, we will confirm the total cost with the service provider and inform you before payment. The provider will only proceed after you’ve reviewed and paid the confirmed amount.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
10. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can request a reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
11. How do I cancel a booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us directly. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
12. Does SifuFix charge any cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee is only applied if a service provider has already been assigned to your booking and the cancellation occurs close to the scheduled time. This helps fairly compensate the professional for their time and travel expenses. The exact cancellation fee will be shown to you before you confirm the cancellation request.
Safety & Service Standards
13. Are the service providers verified?
Yes, all service providers we work with are carefully vetted to ensure quality and reliability.
14. What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us. We offer a 30-day warranty and will arrange a re-service to address any concerns. Your feedback helps us maintain high standards.
15. Which services are covered under the SifuFix warranty?
SifuFix warranty covers:
- Air-con cleaning services
- House cleaning services
- Home repair services, including installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, home inspection, and painting
However, it does not cover:
- Any new issues that occur after the service
- Any items or services not stated on the invoice
