*Please note that repairs such as fixing water or gas leaks, noisy units, and other malfunctions are provided under our handyman services.

1. General Cleaning
A light maintenance service designed for units that are in regular use. Recommended every 2–3 months, this helps keep your aircon running efficiently and extends its lifespan.
Includes:
- Washing and rinsing of air filters
- Brushing and cleaning of evaporator coils
- Wiping of the front panel and housing
- Clearing drain pan and pipe to prevent leakage
- Checking gas pressure and overall performance
2. Chemical Cleaning
A deeper treatment that uses specialised cleaning agents to remove stubborn dirt, grease, and bacteria from the coils and components. Ideal for aircons that have not been cleaned for 6 months or longer.
Includes everything from General Cleaning, plus:
- Chemical wash of evaporator coils to remove deep-seated dirt and bacteria
- Gas top-up if necessary for optimal cooling
3. Overhaul Cleaning
The most comprehensive option, where the entire unit is dismantled for a full internal cleaning and detailed inspection. Best suited for units left unused for long periods, such as in vacant homes, or for heavily clogged aircons.
Includes everything from Chemical Cleaning, plus:
- Complete dismantling of the indoor unit
- Intensive cleaning of individual parts, including fan blower and drainage system
- Full inspection of all components to restore performance close to new
