How soon will I receive confirmation?
For most locations in Kuala Lumpur, bookings are confirmed within the same working day. We will contact you once your booking is confirmed.

Can I request the same cleaner for future sessions?
We strive to assign the same cleaner to your home for future appointments, but this cannot be guaranteed due to availability, especially for one-time or ad-hoc bookings.

If you find anything damaged during or after your house cleaning service, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours. This allows us to investigate the issue and work with the service provider to resolve it promptly.
