How soon will I receive confirmation?
For most locations in Kuala Lumpur, bookings are confirmed within the same working day. We will contact you once your booking is confirmed.
How much will it cost?
The estimated price is shown in the table above. Our team will provide you with a final quote for your approval before proceeding with the service.
What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 30 days. We provide a 30-day warranty and will arrange a re-service to resolve any concerns.
What should I prepare before the electrician arrives?
To ensure the job runs smoothly and safely, here are a few things you can do before your electrician arrives:
- Clear the work area.
Move furniture, decorations, or personal items away from outlets, switches, or the area to be serviced.
- Ensure easy access to the main switchboard.
Label the circuit breakers if possible to help the electrician identify the correct circuit quickly.
- Prepare alternative lighting.
If the work involves your lighting circuit, keep a portable lamp or torch nearby.
- Arrange parking or building access.
For those living in condos or gated communities, inform your management or guardhouse in advance.
- Have your fixtures ready.
Place new switches, sockets, or lighting fixtures in a visible spot so the electrician can inspect them before installation.
How long will the job take?
The duration depends on the type and scale of work, but here’s a general idea for common electrical tasks:
